Annkoot Moong Punjabi Papad is made from – Green Gram Pulse Flour (43%), Black Gram Pulse Flour (43%), Black Pepper (4.69%), Iodised Salt, Raising Agents (INS 500 (i) & INS 500 (ii)), Edible Vegetable Oil ( Refined Cottonseed Oil) & Asafoetida.
